Colts for sale

2008 Colts • 2007 Colts • 2006 Colts

Here are the photos of our 2008 colts for sale.  When inquiring about a particular horse for sale, please specify number.
ATTENTION BUYERS:
After losing a great deal of range in the devastating fire seasons of 2006 and 2007, we are offering not only greatly reduced prices on both registered and grade foals, but we are also offering proven, registered broodmares for sale for the first time.

In order to allow for pasture rehabilitation, and to offer the most competitive pricing for high quality horses in today’s market, we have restructured our program.   We have developed a new, pricing system, described as follows:
ALL Grade Diamond A Desert Weanlings $400  (Pick-up after October 1)
ALL Grade Diamond A Desert Yearlings $500

(Diamond A Desert Horses are designated by lot numbers beginning with G, RL, or YY.)

***Registered Horses & Started/Broke Horses will be individually priced***

We offer discounts for buyers of more than one horse.

Note:  Lot numbers refer to horses by ranch herd and not by any individual animal characteristics.
The term "horse colt" refers to an young un-castrated male horse; a "filly" is a young female horse. f after the lot number means filly and h means horse colt.

Basic Sale Policy:
A 50% deposit must be made in order to buy any of the horses on the site, refundable only if the horse dies before shipping or is severely injured or incapacitated.  In the event that a serious problem (unsoundness, bad disposition, etc) is discovered by the Prunty Ranch during training, handling, etc, the buyer will have the option of applying the deposit to a different horse.

Remaining balance may be paid off in installments before the horse is shipped, or may be paid off in one “lump sum” at time of shipping.

No horse will leave the ranch without being paid in full, including any boarding fees.  Horses left past pick-up deadlines will be boarded for $100/month.

Please make all checks and money orders payable to Becky Prunty Lisle, unless seller is otherwise noted as a Guest Consignment.
