Where Are They Now?
Since our web site www.pruntyhorses.com began in 2001, our horse sales have increased greatly, as have the areas to which we have sold horses. The majority of the horses have stayed in Nevada, with the biggest concentrations of buyers being from the Las Vegas and Reno areas. As horse breeders, the greatest compliment we can receive is to have repeat buyers, and for the word-of-mouth "advertising." Thank you to all the buyers who have contributed to the success of our web site and our horse program. A number of the buyers have allowed us to share pictures of themselves and their purchases. This section is a tribute to all of you and your horses.

I bought PJ (Pride and Joy), aka Pony Boy, from you in August/October 2005. I wanted to let you you know he's a real treasure...just as gentle as can be. He is good medicine for my two mares. He was at the trainer for only 30 days and ready to go.

(YY1999-1h) Elvis owned by Dave Cannon. In the 2001 Nevada Cowhorse Futurity, Elvis placed 3rd out of 22 two-year olds in the halter class, and 1st in the gelding class, competing against primarily AQHA and APHA registered horses.

(RL1999 filly) Sally Branch on Sugar. According to acquaintances of Sally, Sugar is "real laid back" and quite the character. She drinks rum and coke with Sally, plays with the orphaned calves, and lets the Jack Russell terrier ride on her back.

Ruby & Sweety must have traveled 40-50 miles each Sat., Sun. & Mon. through rough terrain and pouring rain and gusting winds…everyone was impressed by the heart and stamina and natural reasoning both of our horses displayed on this trip. Thank you for our beautiful babies. They are such a joy and do work with every ounce of energy and enthusiasm as the finest athletes, yet are as calm and gentle as a newborn kitten."

He is quiet with small children and very outgoing. He out walks any horse on the property when we go for trail rides. He is a joy and a pleasure and our dream horse. Everyone asks where we found such a beautiful, well behaved gentleman. We plan to start him on cattle this fall for fall roundup and looking forward to many years of good Ranch & Trail riding.
This photo shows his first real trail ride out into Faye Luther Canyon. He did PERFECT. He is just cutting his 3 year old teeth and is still growing. You & your family raise the greatest trail horses. Even rode him on a narrow ledge for about 1/8 mile climbing up and then back down. He never missed a step." "Ruby (on right in photo) takes to cattle like a heat seeking missile. Phil is the trainer and loves his horse with all his heart. Ruby is a Morgan cross and stout and climbs mountains like a mountain goat. There is nothing she doesn't excel at."

Regan is a 2002 grade gelding by Painted War Hawk. He is currently being used for ranch work and is being started in ranch roping.
